<p>A biaxial hinge apparatus performing the rotation sequence of a predetermined first frame body and a second frame body are opened/closed and electronic device are provided to reduce a cost and the number of components by using the rotation regulation unit. A first shaft is opposite to a hinge case(2). In shaft is the hinge case and same direction, it is installed rotatably. The first shaft is fixed to the end part of the first frame body(11a, 11b). The second shaft is fixed to the end part of second frame bodies. In case the first frame body and the second frame body are opened and closed in relatively between shaft and said the second shaft, a rotation controller determines the rotation sequence of the second shaft. The torque difference between the second swing torque and the first swing torque are used the rotation control unit.</p> |
