PRINTING SYSTEM, INKJET PRINTER AND METHOD FOR PRINTING

A printing system, an inkjet printer and a printing method are provided to print on a medium having concavo-convex surface beside paper or film by inkjet printer. A printing system includes an inkjet printer(14), a vacuum pump(16), an inkjet head(102) and a medium supporting unit(106). The inkjet printer is installed in a chamber(12). The chamber is comprised of a gas-tight seal accommodating the inkjet printer to inside. The chamber is depressurized by the vacuum pump. The printing system performs a printing task by an external host computer(18). The host computer controls the printing task of the inkjet printer. The inkjet head comprises a nozzle discharging the ink to a medium(50) having the concavo-convex in the surface to be printed. The medium supporting unit supports the medium facing with the nozzle of the inkjet head.
