A scour prevention system of a pier foundation structure is provided, which prevents friction between outer circumference of the pier and stream flow. A scour prevention system(100) of a pier foundation structure is constituted as follows. The bottom plate(140) is arranged to the surface of the pier foundation structure of the direction that the flow of river is progressed. A pair of flow inducement boards are perpendicularly arranged to both sides of the bottom plate in the flow direction of river. The blocking plate(120) is installed at one side of a pair of flow inducement boards. One side of the flow inducement board is opened and the other side is closed. The internal space is prepared by installing a sealing plate on the top surface of the flow inducement board and blocking plate.
