摘要 A circuit and a method for controlling the sense amp drive, and a circuit for discharging the core voltage thereof are provided to obtain the stable discharge characteristic by differently controlling the discharge of the driving voltage. A sense amplifier(10) is comprised between the bit lines(BL,/BL). The sense amplifier is driven by the pull-up voltage applied to the pull-up part and the pull-down voltage applied to the pull-down part. A pull-up driver(12) successively supplies the second voltage for the normal drive and the first voltage for the overdrive as the pull-up voltage for the pull-up action of the sense amplifier. The second voltage has the voltage level lower than the first voltage. A pull-down driver(14) produces the pull-down voltage for the pull-down action of the sense amplifier. A VCORE generating unit(16) supplies the core voltage as the power supply voltage. A VCORE discharge unit(18) is controlled by the mode signal and the discharge control signal.
