A road sweeper used as both dry type and wet type is provided to filter foreign materials in the air more effectively and to clean the road without restriction in season and humidity. A road sweeper used as both dry type and wet type comprises a first loading section in which foreign materials of the road and air are loaded first, a wet filter unit(20) which is equipped in the first loading section and filters the foreign materials flowing in the first loading section, a main duct(30) which is connected to the wet filter unit and forms a flow path for the air filtered passing through the wet filter unit, a second loading section(50) which is equipped in the front of the first loading section independently of the first loading section and connected to the main duct via a connection duct(35), a dry type filter unit(60) which is equipped inside the second loading section to filter the foreign materials included in the air passing through the wet filter unit and re-discharges the air to the main duct, and a deflection unit(70) which is equipped in the main duct and selectively opens/closes the main duct and the connection duct so that the air passing through the wet filter unit selectively moves to the main duct or the connection duct.
