A bus-bar for jointing a capacitor is provided to easily perform a soldering operation without interference of an opening part by exposing polar plates of two capacitors through an opening part. A bus-bar(20) for jointing a capacitor includes an opening part(21) and a lead frame(22). In case a plurality of capacitor devices(1) is arranged into rows and columns, the opening part exposes a part of polar plates(1a,1b) of the two capacitor devices. The lead frame is formed in the opening part in order to solder a bus-bar to the polar plate of the capacitor device. The lead frame has thickness of 0.1~5.0mm, length of 0.5~20mm, and width of 0.5~20mm. Thickness of the lead frame is smaller than thickness of the bus-bar.
