<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereomicroscope which can perform intraocular observation in a wide viewing field while preventing occurrence of flare. <P>SOLUTION: The illumination system 8 of a slit-lamp microscope (stereomicroscope) 1 is turnable in right and left directions and projects illumination light passed through an illumination diaphragm 56 to an eye to be examined. An observation system 6 has right and left optical systems for guiding the reflected light of the illumination light by the eye E to be examined passed through an objective lens 31. Between the objective lens 31 and the eye E to be examined, a front-end lens 20 is arranged. The front-end lens 20 is moved at least in the left and right directions by a front-end lens holder 14. When observing the inside of the eye to be examined, in the state that an illumination optical axis O2 and an observation optical axis O1 are arranged in non-parallel and a front-end lens optical axis OF and the observation optical axis O1 are separated in the right and left directions and arranged, the slit-lamp microscope 1 makes the illumination light emitted from the illumination system 8 be incident inside the eye through the front-end lens 20 and makes the intraocular reflected light of the illumination light be incident on the observation system 6 through the front-end lens 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
