<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for assembling components in a tower 20 of a wind-power energy turbine 10. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a first platform 100, a second platform 200, and at least one connector 150 extended from the first platform. The at least one connector includes a shearing block 154 and a cap 156 which is movably combined with the shearing block 154 and which can move with respect to the shearing block. The system further includes at least one opening which is formed on the surface of the second platform.
