WAVELENGTH DEMULTIPLEXING FILTER, WAVELENGTH DEMULTIPLEXING SYSTEM AND WAVELENGTH DEMULTIPLEXING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wavelength demultiplexing filter capable of suppressing the generation of a unusable useless band, and achieving free distribution of a wavelength band.

SOLUTION: The wavelength demultiplexing filter is variable in terms of a filter shape. The wavelength demultiplexing filter has resolution of 2Ntimes (N is an integer ≥1) of a reference frequency interval. The frequency arrangement of center frequency in a frequency slot corresponding to the resolution of 2Ntimes is offset by the amount of the half period related to the frequency arrangement of a standard wavelength grid having a frequency interval of 1/2Nthe reference frequency interval.
