<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility that, when a machine plate is exchanged, the machine plate enters the inside of a printing machine and is caught in internal equipment such as an inking roller. <P>SOLUTION: The printing machine 1 is controlled by a printing machine controller 10 which includes an abnormality determining section 12a, a plate position determining section 12b, and a plate cylinder control section 12c. The abnormality determining section 12a determines the occurrence of abnormality in the printing machine 1 when exchanging a plate of the printing machine 1. The plate position determining section 12b determines the presence of the machine plate 36 between plate exchanging devices 35a-35d and plate cylinders 32a-32d. The plate cylinder control section 12c, when abnormality of the printing machine 1 occurs during the exchange of the machine plate 36 and the machine plate 36 is found between the plate exchanging devices 35a-35d and the plate cylinders 32a-32d, inhibits the rotation of the plate cylinder 32a-32d in reverse to the direction in which the machine plate 36 is wound on the plate cylinders 32a-32d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
