<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooler of a heating element that improves cooling performance. <P>SOLUTION: The cooler includes a first radiator 51 which includes one main face where the heating elements 11A to 11C are installed by bringing them into contact with each other and the other main face where a radiation part 512 and a first bonding part 513 surrounding the radiation part are formed and which is formed of extrusion molding, and with a second radiator 52 having a second bonding part 525 having a bonding face 526 brazed/bonded to a bonding face 514 of the first bonding part and a reception part 523 receiving the radiation part and forming a refrigerant passage 521. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
