<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space-saving cleaning instrument which removes extraneous matters in the inner wall of a cylindrical mold having a circular section, has a high cleaning effect and good workability, can safely and surely clean even in a narrow machine and needs no extensive renovation of equipment, for a tablet-molding device. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning instrument for the mold characteristically comprises a power section (3) which supplies a drive power, a brush head (1) which brushes an object to be cleaned, and a drive-transmitting section (2) which transmits the drive power to the brush head.
