<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image information leakage prevention device that easily prevents electromagnetic leakage of image information, and an image information leakage prevention method. <P>SOLUTION: To a plurality of pixel intensity signals inputted as a digital signal sequence, a modulation signal is applied that not only increases and decreases the pixel intensity per the predetermined number of pixels alternately and repeatedly but also inverts strong and weak patterns per the predetermined number of frame (number of image).
