PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated polyester film having a preferable color tone and suitable as a material for magnetic tapes, ferromagnetic thin film tapes, photographic films, packaging films, films for electronic parts, electric insulating films, metal laminate films, films to be stuck to glass surfaces such as glass display, protective films for various members, and the like. SOLUTION: The laminated polyester film has a coating layer on at least one surface, wherein the coating layer contains a blue or violet coloring agent and a quaternary ammonium salt compound.
