PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, since the weight of an enclosure becomes considerably great for suppressing noise wave generation caused by sonic waves and vibration radiated from a rear face of a speaker unit diaphragm in a speaker apparatus of the prior art, it is inconvenient to carry the speaker apparatus and further, it is also difficult to assemble/disassemble the speaker apparatus, in which components are strongly fixed one another, and also to change the size of a speaker unit. SOLUTION: Most of portions of an enclosure are made into sheet having a character of attenuating sonic waves and vibration, so that the enclosure becomes lightweight. Furthermore, a cylindrical structure around which the sheet is wound makes easy not only assembly and disassembly but also a speaker unit size change. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
