PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable smooth opening and closing of a shutter at all times by eliminating opening failure caused by the fact that a part of a spring arm of a shutter spring enters a spring receiving groove. SOLUTION: A tape draw-out port 4 opened at the front face of a body case 1 is closed by the shutter spring 8 and is slid to open and shut by the shutter 5 automatically biased for moving. One spring arm 23 of the shutter spring 8 is locked to the shutter 5. Another spring arm 24 is locked at a spring receiver 18 arranged on a guide wall 17 by a locking claw 26 arranged on the chip end. When viewing the spring arm 24 from the side, the locking claw 26 declines towards the front of the case so that the locking claw 26 receives a reactive force from the bottom of the spring receiver 18 to prevent the spring arm 24 from falling in the spring receiver 18 by the reactive force.
