PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new mounting structure enabling easy and assured mounting of a steel collar with a flange by fixing a lower part of the flange without causing a crack etc. when the steel collar with the flange is externally mounted on a side-face hole of a manhole by anchoring to receive an end of a main pipe. SOLUTION: When the steel collar with the flange is externally mounted on the side-face hole of the manhole by anchoring to fittingly insert the end of the main pipe, the lower part of the flange of the steel collar is fixed by pressing it against the inner surface of the side wall from the inside of the manhole and fixing it with a fastening bolt instead of fixing it by anchoring.
