PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming form which can be fixed without use of a special pedestal etc. and which prevents the generation of air bubbles from concrete, and a usage method for the foaming form. SOLUTION: Characteristically, this foaming form is equipped with a cylindrical foaming body 1, and channel steel 2 which is continuously arranged in the longitudinal direction of the foaming body. Additionally, the foaming form is wholly coated with a resin film. The usage method is characterized as follows: the channel steel is positioned on the upper surface of the foaming body; and a band 7 concurrently runs on the foaming body and the channel steel.
