PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device which is capable of controlling freely the target value of an output signal in a feedback control in regard to a control object such as semiconductor laser devices. SOLUTION: A control device S which feedback controls a control object 1 such as a semiconductor laser 1A includes an adder 9 which generates a sinusoidal wave addition drive current Sdsin by adding a sinusoidal wave signal Ssin of the frequency lower than the frequency of a drive current Sd to the drive current Sd, a drive means which drives the control object 1 using the same, an adder 4 which generates an addition output signal Sac by adding a control signal Sc, which is a control signal having a sinusoidal wave form phase-synchronized to the sinusoidal wave signal Ssin whose same phase/inverse phase to the phase of the sinusoidal wave signal Ssin, and the amplitude are set respectively based on a target value of the output signal Sm, to the output signal Sm output from the control object 1 driven by the sinusoidal wave addition drive current Sdsin, and a controller 6 which performs feedback-control to the drive current Sd so that the amplitude of the generated addition output signal Sac becomes zero.
