A composition comprising polyvinyl chloride is adhered to a first fabric layer (24) and a second fabric layer (26) having an outer surface that at least the inner surface of the first fabric layer. A composition comprising polyurethane is adhered, to the inner surface of the second fabric layer. A coating composition (36) comprising polyvinyl chloride is disposed between the inner surfaces of the first fabric layer and the second fabric layer for joining the first fabric layer and the ' second fabric layer. An at least substantially solid lubricant composition (40) is impregnated in the second fabric layer and at least partially forms the bottom surface of the belt.</p>
