PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcapsule of a liquid amine compound which is easy to produce, has stabilized quality, and furthermore achieves both handling properties and storage stability when mixed with a curable resin and used as a curing agent or a curing accelerator. SOLUTION: The microcapsule has a component (A) of the liquid amine compound having an acid dissociation constant (pKa) of not smaller than 8.0, a component (B) of a porous fine particle powder capable of absorbing the component (A), and a component (C) of an acid anhydride as constituting components and is obtained by allowing the component (B) as a capsule carrier to absorb the component (A) and subjecting the component (A) present on the surface of the component (B) and the component (C) to chemical treatment to form a film.
