PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent discharging to internal electric circuit components in mobile electronic apparatus comprising a metallic decorative panel. SOLUTION: On a printed circuit board (201) which is fixed and disposed inside a mobile electronic apparatus casing and is mounted with an electric circuit component (204), as a second conductor pattern, a copper foil pattern (203A) is disposed which surrounds a copper foil pattern (203B) being a ground conductor pattern of the electric circuit component (204), and which is separated from the copper foil pattern (203B). A metallic decorative panel (106) which is fixed outside a rear case (104B) of the mobile electronic apparatus casing, is connected with the second conductor pattern (203A) via conductive components (202A-202D) by an opening provided on the rear case (104B), and the second conductor pattern (203A) and the ground conductor pattern (203B) are connected via voltage absorption elements (205A-205B), thereby generated static electricity is absorbed by the voltage absorption elements, so that discharging to the electric circuit component is prevented.
