PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit breaker which can make an adjustment easy and has a low cost. SOLUTION: A link mechanism 9 includes a supporting member 26 which is axially supported by a first rotating axis 25 provided on the unit body and is provided with a locking portion 26a which is locked removable with the other axis portion of a thrust bar 27 of which the one axis portion is axially supported by a handle 10, a movable contact point arm 22 which has a movable contact point 8 on the one end side and of which the other end side is axially supported rotatably by the second rotating axis 21 provided on the other end side of the supporting member 26, a latch member 30 including a link hole 29 formed therein which is axially supported in a central portion by the first rotating axis 25 and forms a closed space which locks the other axis portion of the thrust bar 27 between the locking portion 26a on the one end side, a contact pressure spring 32 which elastically energizes the other end side of the movable contact point arm 22 to a direction parting from a fixed contact point 7, and a latch spring 33 which gives around the first rotating axis 25 an energizing force in a rotating direction in which the one end side of the latch member 30 approaches the locking portion 26a.
