PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for personal information distribution, which allows a network user to create and edit information and distribute the information to web sites. SOLUTION: In the system and the method, inquiry conditions are constructed on the basis of a user input and a user model suitable for determining features of the user, and inquiry is performed based on the inquiry conditions, and an obtained inquiry result is processed, and the processed information is provided to the user, and information compiled by the user and to be distributed is distributed.
