PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter system opening and closing an opening communicating the indoor and outdoor of a building, achieving multi-function. SOLUTION: The building 11 has a parking space allowing a vehicle 12 such as an automobile to park. A garage 11 includes a vehicle doorway 13 formed on one side, and the vehicle 12 is allowed to enter and leave through the vehicle doorway 13. The vehicle doorway 13 is opened and closed by the motor-driven system 20. In this case, a shutter curtain 22 provided in the shutter system 20 can be moved between a closed position for closing the vehicle doorway 13, an opened position for housing the curtain in the garage 11 to open the vehicle doorway 13, and a stick-out position allowing the curtain to extend from the vehicle doorway 13 to the outdoor.
