PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for polymerizing monomers, the method applicable to a large polymerization vessel without limitation of an apparatus and without applying a third component on an inner wall surface, while suppressing production of coarse particles or deposition of polymerized scales in a method for polymerization while adding monomers. SOLUTION: The method for polymerizing monomers comprises adding (introducing) monomers to a dispersion medium in a polymerization vessel and polymerizing the monomers while stirring with a stirring blade in the polymerization vessel, wherein the monomers are directly introduced into the liquid of a dispersion medium in the polymerization vessel.
