PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper device downsizing a pivot holder. SOLUTION: A holder fixing part 80 for fixing a pivot holder 60 by squeezing a hollow base material is formed on each end of a hollow frame 24. A fixed leg part 100 squeezing the hollow base material is provided on the outer side of the vehicle width direction of each holder fixing part 80. Thus, an insertion part need not extend toward an end of the hollow frame from the pivot holder, or the fixed leg part need not extend from the pivot holder like a conventional practice.
