PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manipulator system and a method for operating a minute object to be operated capable of displaying a three-dimensional image of a minute object to be operated such as a cell or an ovum. SOLUTION: The manipulator system is equipped with: a manipulator which can be motor-driven in three-axis directions in order to operate the minute object to be operated B; a microscope through which the minute object to be operated can be observed; a camera which photographs a microscopic image by the microscope; a display part on which the microscopic image is displayed; and an image processing part which obtains three-dimensional image information by image processing on the basis of microscopic image information collected from the camera, wherein the image information obtained by the image processing is three-dimensionally displayed on the display part.
