PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter circuit which achieves desired characteristics by equalizing the current flowing to a positive electrode-side winding and a negative electrode-side winding of a CMC. SOLUTION: The circuit includes: means (2, 3) for monitoring the current flowing to a positive electrode-side winding and the current flowing to a negative electrode-side winding of a common mode noise filter; and means (4, 5, 6) for adjustment, which make the positive electrode-side winding and the negative electrode-side winding equal to each other based on monitoring result.
