The method involves defining a pair of objects that each represents different objects of the anatomical body structure (100) in the reference frame A, B. The geometric relationship data A and B describes a geometric relationship between A-objects and B-objects based on positions of the A-objects and B-objects in the reference frame A, B. The data derived or extracted from the geometric relationship data A and B allows comparison of a geometric relationship between several A-objects and B-objects.
