DIAGNOSIS OF BLADDER CARCINOMA

As a tumor marker for bladder carcinoma, a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence represented by any one of SEQ ID NOS:1 to 7 is employed. By detecting or assaying a polypeptide in a biological sample with the use of an antibody specific for this polypeptide, bladder carcinoma can be identified, the efficacy of a remedy for bladder carcinoma can be determined or early diagnosis in recurrence and prognostic expectation can be made. Moreover, the antibody specific for this polypeptide can be used as a remedy for bladder carcinoma.
