A reflective sheet processing roller and a reflective sheet patterning method are provided to form a prism pattern with relatively small pressure by separating processing rollers into first through third rollers. A reflective sheet processing roller comprises a first processing roller(10), a second processing roller(20), and a third processing roller(30). The first through third processing rollers have different detail patterns(10a,20a,30a) on the exterior to form specific inclination of a prism pattern. The reflective sheet processing roller forms successive prism patterns by pressing a textile sheet(60). The first processing roller has ridges and valleys of certain pitch alternated in the radial direction. The second and third processing rollers have ridges and valleys of certain pitch alternated along opposite oblique lines.
