An organic-inorganic hybrid complex, and a manufacturing method thereof and an artificial hard tissue using the same are provided to show excellent activity in a living system as well as high properties. A method for manufacturing an organic-inorganic hybrid complex comprises the following steps of: contacting negative-ion-containing polyester ionomers to a simulated body fluid containing calcium and phosphate ion; and maintaining the contacting status for 200-400 hours. The negative ion represents sulfonic acid or carboxylic acid negative ion.
