An apparatus for manufacturing a terminal pin for a connection terminal and a manufacturing method using the same are provided to shorten the time required for the manufacturing and maximize the productivity per hour. An apparatus for manufacturing a terminal pin for a connection terminal comprises a hitting device, a cutting device and a shaping mold(300). The hitting device has a pressure chamber, which has a pressure wedge and a spring inside a block, and a concave groove(106) which moves a pressure pin forwardly and backwardly. The cutting device has a fixing unit(210) in which one or more bearings are interposed. A rotation driving unit(220) integrated with a pulley(221) is forcibly inserted into the sheave of a bearing. The cutting device integrated with a blade(240) is forcibly inserted into the rotation driving unit and is fixed by a bolt.
