MULTI INDUCTOR WITH MINIMIZED LAYOUT AREA AND HIGH FREQUENCY INTEGRATED CIRCUIT HAVING THE SAME

A multi inductor and a high frequency integrated circuit including the same are provided to reduce the layout area by overlapping a first metal layer of a first inductor and a second metal layer of a second inductor. A first inductor(110) is included in a first passive block(100). A first main part of the first inductor is comprised of a first metal layer. The first main part exceeds half of the first inductor. A second inductor(210) is included in a second passive block(200). A second main part of the second inductor is comprised of a second metal layer. The second main part exceeds half of the second inductor. The first and second inductors are formed in the inductor layout area. The inductor layout area includes a cross section where the central axis of the first metal layer and the central axis of the second metal layer are alternatively arranged.
