A hand-held thermotherapy tool is provided to enable a user to separate the thermotherapy tool into a main body and a power supply unit, thereby improving portability. A hand-held thermotherapy tool comprises a waist belt(1), a main body, a front body(2), a rear body and a power supply unit. The waist belt includes a tying portion(4) on its end. The main body is located in the middle of the waist belt. A mixture of a latent heat material and a far infrared ray radiation material is placed in the main body. A heater(3) is embedded in the main body to heat the mixture. The front main body includes an inlet for inserting a power connection terminal. The rear main body includes a heating unit. The power supply unit is inserted into the inlet to supply power. A battery and a temperature sensor controlling circuit are embedded in the power supply unit.
