An air conditioning apparatus for a gas range is provided to enable the gas range to be easily installed, due to less distance between the base and gas piping and to facilitate the cooking, due to less distance between the base and an operator. An air conditioning apparatus for a gas range comprises a guide pipe(25), a main body(121), a finishing panel, and a control panel(23). The guide pipe is connected to a branch(16) extended in the gas piping. The guide pipe is installed in the base in order to supply the mixed gas to the base inside. The main body is connected to the guide pipe. The main body is installed inside the base and forms the inlet of the air. The finishing panel is installed in the base and finishes the inlet. In the finishing panel, a plurality of suction hole members(122a) connected to the inlet are formed. The control panel is installed in the finishing panel and permits rotation thereof and controls the size of the suction hole according to the manipulation of a user.
