A tinnitus therapy device is provided to enable a user to set up noise conditions arbitrarily in order to prevent monotonous therapy. A tinnitus therapy device(100) comprises a memory(160) and a treatment setting mode(131). The memory stores an optimum treatment condition according to a user's tinnitus state. The treatment condition includes kinds of noises, sizes of frequency, sound volume and treatment time. The treatment setting mode sets up the treatment condition inputted into the memory and selects re-treatment of tinnitus for the user.
