A crank shaft processing hole measuring apparatus and a method for measuring thereof are provided to determine error of the each hole of crank shaft in advance. A crank shaft processing hole measuring apparatus includes a base(101), a bolt hole measurement unit, a center hole measurement unit(300), a controller(150), a topological sort clamping unit(400) and a pusher(420). The upper side of the base includes jigs(103,105) which supports both ends of the crank shaft. An anchor block(107) is mounted in the jig which is corresponding to the pulley end. The bolt hole measurement unit is one side of the base, and installed in corresponds to the flange shift of the crank shaft. The bolt hole measurement unit measures location and diameter of each bolt hole in the flange shift. The center hole measurement unit is installed in the other side of the base and corresponds to the pulley end of the crank shaft. The center hole measurement unit measures location and diameter of the processed center hole in the pulley end. The controller receives the output signal measured from the center hole measurement unit for each measured value and bolt hole measurement unit.
