<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle headlight can greatly improve a driver's visibility of the white lines and a distant area of a frontward road face without the need of complicated control. <P>SOLUTION: In addition to headlamp tool units 3 (3L, 3R) fitted at a front face of the vehicle, rainy-weather additional lamps 4 (4L, 4R) are provided having a light distribution pattern for illuminating white-line areas LWE, RWE and a faraway area FE of a vehicle-front road face.
