<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a temperature sensor replacement operation by accurately estimating the temperature of a heating part without using the temperature sensor in a generator using a Stirling engine. <P>SOLUTION: This generator comprises the Stirling engine, a combustion heater for heating the heating part of the Stirling engine, a cooler for cooling the cooling part of the Stirling engine, and a system linkage system for linking an electric power generated by the Stirling engine to an electric power system. The generator further comprises a heating amount acquiring means for acquiring the heating amount of the combustion heater, a means for calculating the estimated amount of the temperature of the heating part according to the heating amount of the combustion heater, a means for calculating the estimated value of an output power from the Stirling engine according to the heating amount of the combustion heater, a means for acquiring the actually measured value of the output power, and a means for correcting the estimated value of the temperature of the heating part according to the difference between the estimated value and the actually measured value of the output power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
