PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit device can prevent a liquid resin as a sealing member from leaking out of a contact part between a case for storing an electronic circuit part and a cover member. SOLUTION: A fluorine resin coating layer 26 is formed on the contact surface 25 on the side of the case 20 serving as the contact part 50 between a case 20 and a cover 30 which form the storage space of the electronic circuit part 10. When the storage space of the electronic circuit part 10 is filled with the liquid resin 41, the coating layer 26 repels the liquid resin 41 which invades the clearance of the contact part 50 between the case 20 and the cover 30 to go upward and outward by capillarity.
