摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably perform potential supply to a counter electrode in potential supply of a liquid crystal display. SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal display which is provided with a first electrode substrate having a plurality of pixel electrodes and a second electrode substrate having a counter electrode opposed to the first electrode substrate and wherein a second electrode substrate of a liquid crystal display panel wherein the first and the second electrode substrates are offset and stuck to each other at a prescribed interval is electrically connected to an electrode on a surface opposed to a circuit substrate through a conductive medium, an offset counter electrode part and an electric conduction part of the second electrode substrate are formed by using a special metal solder film, application positions of the special metal solder film are an offset surface of the second electrode substrate and its side surface part and the special metal solder film formed part of the second electrode substrate is connected to an end of the electrode of the circuit substrate on which the first electrode substrate is mounted through the conductive medium.
