<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the validity of a generation result of a print format document by a virtual printer. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving a print request of a print format document from a user by an operation receiving means 13, a user terminal (printing source system) 1 transmits a printing instruction corresponding to the request to a print server (virtual printer ) 2 and transmits supposition information concerned with a processing result based on the printing instruction to a management server 3. When receiving the printing instruction from the user terminal 1, the print server 2 generates a print format document in accordance with the printing instruction and transmits the print format document to the management server 3 to register the print format document in a DB 34. The management server 3 determines the validity of the print format document generated/registered in accordance with the printing instruction based on the supposition information received from the user terminal 1 just before by means of a determination means 33 and transmits the determination result to the user terminal 1 to display the determination result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
