<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic brush device which has a high cleaning effect and is excellent in a using feeling by combining a plurality of movements such as a rotary movement and a forward and backward movements and making a brush generate various movements. <P>SOLUTION: A motor (3) is equipped inside a main body case (10) which can be hand-carried, and a rotary shaft (41) to be rotated forward and reversely by the motor and a vibration shaft (51) to be vibrated in a front-and-rear direction are provided.
