RADIO CONTROLLER AND RADIO COMMUNICATION APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict a radio environment during a communication by a radio module in which a radio communication system is mounted, and to determine a radio communication system that a radio communication apparatus uses, on the basis of the prediction.

SOLUTION: A radio controller includes: a prediction expression selecting means for acquiring radio environment information representing propriety of the radio environment for each of a plurality of radio modules and for selecting a prediction expression suitable for the radio environment on the basis of the obtained radio environment information from among a plurality of prediction expressions for predicting future radio environment information in the respective radio modules; and a radio module selecting means which uses the prediction expression selected by the prediction expression selecting means to obtain predictive values of future radio environment information in the respective radio modules, and which selects a radio module to be used for radio communications on the basis of these predictive values.
