PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To browse a still image and also to prevent a duplicate of the still image from being generated at the outside.

SOLUTION: An MFP includes: an image acquisition part 51 for acquiring a still image; a designation receiving part 69 for receiving the designation of the acquired still image; a still image transmitting part 71 for transmitting the still image in accordance with the designation of the still image; a moving image generating part 65 for generating a moving image including a still image to be transmitted; a content generating part 53 for generating contents including a command for requesting real time streaming distribution for moving images; a content transmission request receiving part 59 for receiving the designation of the content; a content transmitting part 61 for transmitting the contents in accordance with the designation of the contents; and a transmitting part 67 for performing real time streaming transmission of the moving images in response to a request from a device that transmits the contents after transmitting the contents.
