<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium-ion battery in which durability with respect to high-rate discharge is improved effectively. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium ion battery 10 is equipped with a wound electrode body 30, and positive and negative electrode terminals are connected respectively to one end and the other end of its winding direction. An electrolytic solution holding amount per unit volume of a wound core part 31, wound by superimposing an active material layer of positive, and negative electrode sheets out of the electrode body 30 and a separator is constituted to become more in the center part 312 of a winding axial direction than on one-end side (positive electrode terminal side) 313 and on the other-end side (negative electrode terminal side) 311. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
