PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrain tension fluctuation of a workpiece which might be generated together with an intermittent stop of the workpiece in a processing device for processing the workpiece while intermittently stopping it while traveling a continuous belt-like workpiece along a predetermined traveling path. SOLUTION: In a workpiece transfer part 30 for conveying a workpiece 1 by wrapping a continuous belt-like workpiece 1 around a plurality of transfer rolls 31, 32 to form a traveling path PL of the workpiece 1, a first mobile body 34a guided to reciprocate the workpiece 1, a second mobile body 34b, an interlinking part 34 moved in connection with an action for increasing and decreasing an accumulation amount of the workpiece 1, and an endless annular body 37a wrapped around the transfer rolls 31, 32, the first mobile body 34a and the second mobile body 34b are intermittently stopped.
