PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax impact when a load-carrying platform is seated on a vehicle body even in the state that an engine is stopped when the load-carrying platform is taken down from the standing up state. SOLUTION: On a hydraulic pipe 35A or actuator side oil passages 42A, 43A, a branch conduit 56 branched from the midway and connecting a bottom side oil chamber 30D of a whist cylinder 30 to a tank 32 is provided. On the midway of the branch conduit 56, a manual operation valve 57 for variably adjusting a flow rate according to operation of a lever handle 58 is provided. Maintenance work is performed in the state that the engine 29 is stopped, and thereafter, when a vessel 3 is descended on the vehicle body 2, an oil liquid can be discharged while passing it from the bottom side oil chamber 30D of the whist cylinder 30 toward the tank 32 by opening the manual operation valve 57, and the whist cylinder 30 can be automatically contracted.
